Before you book

What happens: One of us comes to your house with the full fabric library, measures every window, checks the frame depth, and talks through what each room actually needs.
How long it takes: About an hour for a typical house. Longer if there are a lot of windows or you want to compare fabrics properly — we do not rush it and we do not charge for the time.
What you get: A written quote itemized by window, product line and option, plus the install fee per unit. It is yours to keep and think about.
No obligation: No deposit, no pressure, and nobody calls you six times afterwards. If it is not the right year for it, tell us and we will leave it there.
