Pick a time on the site or call the showroom. We confirm the window the same day, and we come to you — evenings and Saturdays included.

We measure everything
About an hour at your house with the sample books. Every window, every depth, every mount decision written down as we go.

A written quote
Itemized by window, by product line, by option, plus the install fee per unit. Nothing bundled, nothing hidden, and the price holds.

Installed
Two to five weeks after the measure, depending on the fabric. A whole house is usually a single visit, and we take the packaging with us.

Every window in your house is a slightly different size.
That's why we come to you before we quote anything. A house built in 1998 has openings that have moved since, and a quote built on two measurements and a multiplication is a quote that changes later.
We carry the samples to your kitchen table.
You see the fabric in your own light, at the hour you actually live in the room, not under showroom LEDs. A cloth that looks warm at the store reads grey on a north wall.

We'll tell you, and it usually isn't the most expensive one. Motorization earns its money on a stair landing and wastes it on a guest bedroom, and we will say so before you spend it.

Yes. We come out, measure every window, bring physical samples, and give you a written price. There is no fee and no obligation to buy.
Most jobs run three to five weeks from measure to install. Custom fabrics and motorized systems can take a little longer — we give you a date range in writing with the quote, not a guess on the phone.
Someone over 18 needs to be there to let the crew in and sign off at the end. A typical whole-home install is finished in a single visit.

By the finished size of each blind, the product line and fabric you choose, any options like motorization, plus a flat installation fee per unit. Every line is itemized on your quote — nothing is bundled or hidden.
Inside mount sits within the window frame for a clean, built-in look, and needs enough depth. Outside mount covers the whole opening, blocks more light, and hides an out-of-square frame. We check the depth at the measure appointment and recommend one.
